Refund & Returns
Overview
At Faridi Perfumes Gallery, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are limited and handled under strict conditions to ensure the integrity of our luxury collection.
Eligibility
We offer replacement in most cases. Refunds are only considered if:
- • The product is damaged during transit
- • The product is incorrect compared to the registry order
- • The product is unused and completely sealed
Replacement
Approved cases will be resolved through replacement. Product must be:
- • Unused
- • Sealed in original factory wrap
- • In original gallery packaging
Refund Process
Refunds are not standard and are only processed if a suitable replacement is not possible. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method utilized at the time of purchase.
Not Eligible
- • Opened or used perfumes
- • Change of mind regarding the scent profile
- • Fragrance preference or "blind buy" issues
Reporting Time
Any issues, damages, or discrepancies must be reported to our official support line within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping & Logistics
If the issue originates from our side (incorrect or damaged product), we will cover the logistics cost. In other cases, the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
